It's officially iced coffee season, so it's only right that we're celebrating the queen of ALL iced drinks: the Iced Latte! We're switching it up slightly this Summer with this recipe and you're in for an absolute TREAT. Coconut, caramel and coffee - what's not to love?
Ingredients
- 2 BEAR Hometown Blend coffee pods or 2 shots of Espresso brewed with our Hometown Blend.
- 150ml of coconut milk.
- 20ml of caramel syrup.
- Ice cubes.
Method
- Extract 2 BEAR Hometown Blend coffee pods into a vessel (or extract 2 shots of Espresso brewed with our Hometown Blend). While still hot, stir in your caramel syrup until dissolved.
- In another glass, half fill with ice cubes and pour in your coconut milk.
- Finally, pour over your coffee. Stir to mix and enjoy the coffee ombré!
