Shipping policy
Delivery
We aim to despatch all orders within 3-5 working days of receiving them. During peak online order periods (for instance, Christmas or other promotional activities), this timeframe may be extended slightly, although every effort will be made to despatch your order as soon as possible.
Packaging
Where possible, we use completely compostable and/or recyclable packaging for our parcels and products. Please check the information on each individual packet to see how is best to dispose of them properly.
Our Couriers
We currently use Royal Mail as our default shipping provider for all domestic parcel deliveries, and DPD as our default for international deliveries. During times of high demand or Strike Action, we may opt to send parcels out via other shipping providers, such as Evri or UPS.
Standard delivery (mainland UK) is charged in accordance to package weight.
We are happy to deliver to international addresses. Orders need to be placed with a valid postcode / zipcode to allow us to locate and quote for the correct shipping cost.
Free Shipping
Any free shipping discounts offered apply to postage to UK mainland addresses only. Unless explicitly declared otherwise, all free shipping excludes international addresses, including:
- Scottish Highlands
- Offshore islands
- Isle of Man
- Channel Islands
- Isle of Wight
- Isles of Scilly
- Northern Ireland
