This Privacy Policy describes how BEAR (the “Site” or “we”) collects, uses, and discloses your Personal Information when you visit or make a purchase from the Site.

When you visit the Site or use the BEAR Everywhere App (the “App”), we collect certain information about your device, your interactions with our digital platforms, and information necessary to provide our services — including processing purchases, managing your account, delivering rewards, and providing technical support.   • Examples of Personal Information collected: Version of web browser or operating system, device ID, IP address, time zone, cookie information, usage of the Site and App, what pages or products you view, search terms, and how you interact with both the Site and App.
  • Purpose of collection: To load our platforms accurately for you, personalise your experience, and perform analytics on usage in order to optimise functionality and performance. This includes capturing metrics that help us understand which functions are most used and whether technical issues occur.
  • Source of collection: Collected automatically when you access our Site or App, using cookies, log files, web beacons, tags, pixels, and app SDKs.
  • Disclosure for a business purpose: Shared with our analytics and advertising partners (e.g. Google, Meta) and processors (e.g. Shopify, PepperHQ).

Order and Payment Information

  • Examples of Personal Information collected: Name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including debit or credit card details), email address, phone number, and purchase history (including via the App).
  • Purpose of collection: To provide products or services to you to fulfil our contract, process payment, arrange shipping (where applicable), provide you with order confirmation or invoices, personalise offers and rewards, and conduct fraud screening.
  • Source of collection: Collected directly from you, either through the Site or the App.
  • Disclosure for a business purpose: Shared with our payment processors, Shopify (e-commerce), and PepperHQ (App).

Profile & Account Information

  • Examples of Personal Information collected: Name, email address, date of birth, username and password, profile photo, location (if enabled), and information added to your account via the App.
  • Purpose of collection: To register your account, personalise services, verify identity, provide access to rewards, log App usage, and enable enhanced features like activity history and location-based promotions.
  • Source of collection: Provided by you during registration or while using features in the App. Location data is collected only when enabled on your device.
  • Disclosure for a business purpose: Stored securely by PepperHQ, our App data processor. Some elements may also be processed by marketing platforms, if you consent to communications.

Customer Support Information

  • Examples of Personal Information collected: Name, email address, phone number, order history, device or account details, and any correspondence with our support team.
  • Purpose of collection: To provide customer service and respond to technical queries, complaints, or account-related issues.
  • Source of collection: Collected directly from you when you contact us.
  • Disclosure for a business purpose: May be shared internally or with relevant processors (e.g. Shopify, PepperHQ) solely for resolution purposes.

Data for Marketing Purposes (where permitted)

  • Examples of Personal Information collected: Name, email address, phone number, purchase history, device or account identifiers, location (if enabled), and preferences.
  • Purpose of collection: To send marketing communications, promotions, event invitations, and personalised offers through email, SMS, app notifications, and direct mail — but only if you have provided explicit consent.
  • Source of collection: Collected from you via opt-in checkboxes or preference settings on the Site or App.
  • Disclosure for a business purpose: Shared with our marketing platforms (e.g. Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta) under strict contractual terms.

Minors
Our services, including the Site and App, are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, please contact us for deletion.

  • PepperHQ (App data management)
