Our Iced Sweet Shaken Coffee recipe is the ultimate companion for hot Summer days! Whether you're a fan of strong black coffee or prefer a touch of creamy goodness, this recipe keeps things cool. Shake up your morning brew (literally) and dive right in!
Ingredients
- 2 BEAR Hometown Blend coffee pods or 2 shots of Espresso brewed with our Hometown Blend.
- 1 level teaspoon of brown sugar.
- Ice cubes.
- 125ml cold water.
- Splash of chosen milk (optional).
Method
- Extract 2 BEAR Hometown Blend coffee pods into a vessel (or extract 2 shots of Espresso brewed with our Hometown Blend). While still hot, stir in a level teaspoon of brown sugar until completely dissolved.
- Add ice cubes to a boston tin or cocktail shaker. Pour in 125ml of cold water followed by your sweetened coffee. Secure the lid and shake vigorously until the tin is frosted over.
- Half fill a glass with ice cubes and strain over the shaken coffee.
- Add in a splash of your chosen milk or enjoy black!
