No, you can still order at the till - just sign in at the terminal with your phone number.
Yes, you’ll need to sign up in the app to track and redeem your rewards.
Yes, all payments are handled securely using encrypted systems to keep your details safe.
You will need to update your app on your designated app store.
POINTS & REWARDS
Simply sign in with your number when ordering at the till, and you can choose to pay with your available points. Or in-app, they will appear at your checkout to redeem.
You’ll earn 1 point for every £1 spent, automatically added to your profile.
Every 20 points = £1, which you can spend on anything in-store.
Points are valid for 12 months from the date you earn them.
Yes, you can combine points with another payment method in-app or at the till.
Yes, the app works across all BEAR locations.
Magic Stamp Transition
No, the systems are separate, so Magic Stamps can’t be transferred - please redeem any remaining stamps before 12th October.
You can redeem them until 12th October, but you won’t be able to collect new ones after 15th September.
Unfortunately, we cannot transfer rewards over due to them being two different platforms. You have until Sunday 12th October to use all your current rewards.
Account & Technical Issues
Keep your receipt and speak to us in-store or email loyalty@bemorebear.co - we can add your points manually.
Just log back into your account and your points and rewards will still be there.
