2. Win £50 of brunch at BEAR - prize draw
The promoter is BEAR Coffee Company Limited, BEAR HQ, 7 Iron Gate, Derby, DE1 3FJ ("BEAR").
Open to UK residents aged 18 and over, excluding BEAR employees and their immediate families.
Enter by completing the entry form on Facebook or Instagram. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
You do not need to agree to marketing emails to enter. If you choose to receive them, you can unsubscribe at any time.
One entry per person per monthly draw. Duplicate entries will be removed.
Your entry is for the draw in the month you enter. You are in a month's draw if you enter through the form between the 1st and the last day of that month. Entries do not carry over to later months, and you can enter again through the form for any later month.
There is one draw per month. Each draw includes all valid entries received that month, from all participating stores.
The winner of each draw is picked at random from all valid entries for that month, within 7 days of the end of the month. Past winners can enter and win again.
Each prize is a £50 BEAR gift card, redeemable in BEAR stores and valid for 12 months from the date it is issued. The prize has no cash alternative and cannot be transferred, though BEAR may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
We contact the winner directly and privately by email, whether or not they have agreed to receive BEAR marketing emails. We do not announce winners publicly. The winner must reply within 14 days to claim their prize. Otherwise BEAR may draw another winner.
Your details are used to run the prize draw, to contact the winner and, if you agree, to send you BEAR news and offers by email, in line with our privacy policy.
The prize draw runs monthly until further notice. BEAR may end the prize draw at any time. Entries received before it ends will be included in that month's draw.
